I spend a lot of time out of the office, how can I be notified that a message has been left in my voicemail box?
There are several ways you could be notified of a message left in your voicemail box.
1. By phone - We can set the phone system up to call you at a specified number such as your cell phone or home phone when a message is left for you, and you can access your voicemail at that time.
2. By text message – The system can send you a basic text message letting you know there is a message in your voicemail box. You can then call in at your convenience to check your messages.
